**IMPORTANT BH3 40TH INFORMATION FOR SATURDAY 15TH NOVEMBER**
Dear Hash Family,
We welcome everyone who wishes to participate in the Hash runs during our 40th Anniversary Celebrations.
However, please be aware of the following *‘3 Ps’* ahead of the event on Saturday November 15th:
*PARTICIPATION*
1. ONLY those Hashers who have registered and paid for the Saturday event will be allowed access to the event.
2. For clarity, the Saturday event for registered and paid Hashers includes priority parking, the Hash run, dinner, unlimited drinks, and entertainment.
3. Non-registered Hashers are welcome to walk or run on the Saturday Hash routes but will NOT be permitted to access event food or drink. Please see below on parking.
*PARKING*
1. Priority for parking will be given to registered and paid Hashers.
2. You must show the wristband you received in your BH3 40th goodie bag to a parking assistant to receive priority parking.
*PLEASE BRING*
Registered and paid Hashers are reminded to bring the following for Saturday’s event:
1. Your BH3 40th wristbands
2. Your BH340th beer mugs 🍺
Both can be found in your BH3 40th goodie bag 😃
Local Hashers, please also bring your chairs! 🪑

Terms and Conditions of attendance (the fine print):
Payment of registration using exact change or credit carried forward to future runs.
Hashers should bring their own water/ sanitizers for hygiene purposes.
The bar will be in operation. Only designated persons to serve drinks.
BH3 will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, however caused.
