We’re 40 and fabulous on November 15, 2025! And to celebrate this milestone, we’re hosting four days of Hashing, fun, festivities, food and drink here in our beautiful island home. We’d love for you to join us!

Itinerary November 13 to 16 2025
Prelube: Thursday November 13
Find the ON for fun with a relaxing day of exploring Barbados by land or sea. Three choices are available at additional costs to your 40 th Anniversary Event package – book your favourite NOW to avoid disappointment!
Option 1: Rum Shop Bus Tour
(US$65/BD$130 per person)
Tour some of our island’s finest rum shops in a breezy Bajan open bus, with a delicious local lunch included. Drinks will be available for sale at rum shops, and each bus will also carry a cooler with drinks. Hashers may bring their own snacks aboard and are asked to bring their Hash cup. Tour starts at 12pm midday. Pickup and drop off included from the Butterfly Beach Hotel. Minimum booking of 30 passengers per bus.
Option 2: Island Safari
(US $55/BD$110 per person)
Explore Barbados on and off the road in open jeeps! This exciting and fun filled tour includes snacks and drinks and includes stops at some of the island’s most breathtaking and off the beaten path locations. Tour runs from 9am to 1pm. Pickup and drop off included from the Butterfly Beach Hotel. Minimum booking of 10 passengers per Island Safari jeep.
Option 3: Silver Moon Catamaran Cruise
(US$115/BS$230 per person including transfers, or US$100/BS$200 per person without transfers)
Experience a truly unique and intimate cruise aboard one of the gorgeous luxury Silver Moon catamarans! Enjoy cool drinks, a sumptuous lunch, and impeccable service while taking in stunning coastal views. A swim and snorkel stop is included – your chance to meet our famous Barbados Sea Turtles! Optional transfers included in price for additional cost as noted. Places are limited – maximum overall passenger
limit 40 people.
Please note: while we expect all our Thursday Prelube Tours to be fully booked, all three tours require a minimum number of passengers. If this minimum is not reached for any tour by the required deadline, we regret that the tour will be cancelled and registrants for that tour will be notified.
Prelube: Friday November 14
MOBH3 Night Hash at Dreadhop Brewing
All recovered from Thursday’s fun? You’d better be, because it’s ON ON to Dreadhop Brewing for 7pm and a unique Night Hash set by China Brush of Moon Over BH3, our sister group! Test your night Hashing skills in an exciting suburban area of Barbados’s southern coast, then return to the legendary Dreadhop Brewing to sample their iconic range of local craft beers. Food and two alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks included – additional food and drinks may be purchased at the Dreadhop bar!
Please bring along a flashlight for the Night Hash.
Main Event: Saturday November 15
BH3 40 TH Anniversary East Coast Hash + After Party
Our official Hash Anniversary! Head over to Newcastle, St. John, a rugged, rural and hilly area on our stunning East Coast, and brace yourself for an epic and awesome 3pm Hash set by Hasher Hershey Buns. Multiple routes will be set to test Hashers of all abilities! Afterwards, celebrate our 40 th under the stars with dinner and unlimited alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks, live entertainment, karaoke and more!
Main Event: Sunday November 16
BH3 Hangover Beach Hash + ‘ON IN’ Cool Down Cruise
We gather for the final day at 9:30am sharp at beautiful Brandon’s Beach on our south- west coast, then kick off with a 10am A to B live Hash set by Hasher RU. After the Hash, you’ll be transported to the Carlisle Car Park to board party boat MC Inspire 2 at 11.30am. We set sail at 12 noon for an afternoon of down-downs, food and unlimited alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks, a swim stop and general nauti-ness! The cruise will finish at 4pm back in Carlisle Bay.
